Step to apply Full-Time Diploma Programme at Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan (PIS).

The applicant MUST download the Application Form

The applicant MUST complete all the information needed. (Handwritten/Typewritten)

The application MUST submitted together with the following uploaded documents (A4 size):

4 copies of passport-size photograph with BLUE background (3.5cm [W] x 5cm [H]).

2 copies of all pages of passport with certified pages (including special pass and / or exit stamp, where applicable)

Original copy of a passport Must be in Colour and is valid at least 15 months from the expected date of entry.

2 copies of Academic / Certificates Records with Certified True Copy.

Certified copies of translated certificate (if issued in other than English or Malay language).

Certified copies of English language proficiency certificate (IELTS/ TOEFL) if any.

Original copy of Pre-arrival Medical Examination Report from Student’s Home Country.

Verification letter from Scholarship \ Study Loan \ Sponsor (if applicable).

Processing Fees of RM130 (USD30) must be submitted with your complete Application Form (refer payment and Bank Details)
4. Scan and upload the Application form and required documents to Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan by:
(a) Option 1: Email
(b) Option 2: Mail

CLOSING DATE
All application must reach the International Relation Unit (IRU) before 31 MAC 2018. Application received after the closing date will be considered for intake of the following session. The Admission Office will send an email confirmation to all applicants indicating that the Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan received your application form and all documents.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
You are required to undergo a compulsory medical checkup in Malaysia (managed by the appointed EMGS Clinic) and you must be certified as being in good health and free from contagious/ infectious diseases or illness that will adversely affect your study. International students from the yellow fever endemic areas without a valid immunisation certificate will be immediately quarantined on arrival for 6 days minus the period of travel. The institute has the right to withdraw this offer or to terminate you from your study if you are found to suffer from or to be a carrier of contagious/ infectious diseases, or to suffer from a medical condition requiring continuous medical care that will adversely affect your study at PIS.

PERSONAL BOND
All Higher education institutions in Malaysia is required to sign a Personal Bond form on behalf of the student as prescribed under Regulation 18 of the Immigration Regulation 1963 as a guarantee that the student to whom such as a pass is issues will comply with the previous of the Ordinance and of any regulations made there under. To comply with this requirement the institution requires the student to lodge with the institution the said sum for this purpose.The Personal Bond rate are as follows:
